We evolved in an environment very different from the one in which we live today, but our genes remain virtually unchanged. Western diet, lack of exercise, stress, medications and early life experiences can all play a role in poor health and performance.
Our knowledge of evolutionary biology, nutrition, emotional development and cognitive function create the opportunity to improve and promote all aspects of health in today’s society.

Jamie’s sports nutrition helped me achieve two official British records in Free-diving but also set me a framework to build and maintain a level of fitness that allows me to achieve often very demanding goals and work demands. Jamie has helped me to prepare for 6 Everest expeditions and many more extreme environment challenges over the years. Do what the man says! Ed Wardle, Fearless TV
Tracy you have helped me understand myself more. Helped me have more resources to deal with what comes up. I have grown in strength, found my inner self and now have boundaries!
Jamie has been revolutionary in helping us unlock those impossible to fix patients and their unresolved pain. It has amazed me how so much of people’s pain has a psychological or nutritional driver. He truly works miracles with people who have had years of irretraceable pain. Clare Woodward, Back Into Action
Tracy, thank you for taking me on at such short notice. Thank you for listening to me, understanding me, and helping me to understand myself. Thank you for making me feel normal. I start my new job on Sunday! I’m so grateful life bought us together. You have helped me so much. I have my list of sparkles in my life which I intend to make longer.
I have been a client of Jamie’s for many years. He helped me with my own nutrition when I was winning masters national cycle championships (5 years in succession) and has helped massively with my children – both now professional racing cyclists. Jamie understands how food can be used both as medicine and a way of supporting high level, elite sport. When I first met Jamie, he was the only person I had heard of talking about using diet to alter someone’s type 2 diabetic state. He was at the forefront of using low carbohydrate approaches to alter both health and performance. In latter years he has helped my children understand nutrition at a fundamental level and has been a significant contributing factor to all our sporting success. As a family we still work with Jamie and I have recommended him to many people. Peter Georgi, Halo Films
Tracy you do so much for me!
I saw Jamie after 10 years of learning how to live well with MS. One symptom which really affected my life and I did not seem able to curb was fatigue. I was living well but with a quarter of a life. Within 3 months, without fads but with a few specific tweaks to diet and practices Jamie gave me back a full life. I could not be more thankful.
I’ve been a client of Jamie’s for some time now. He was instrumental in turning my life around. He’s a straight talking, no nonsense guy that gets results. I don’t hesitate to recommend him to people that are struggling with their health, fitness and wellbeing
I’ve learned a huge amount from Jamie over the many years I’ve known him. Not just about nutrition but also about our relationship to food and how to be practical about what, how and when we eat. Jamie has also highlighted the many positives about food and the psychological enjoyment that comes from it and that it doesn’t just have to feed our bodies but is also a tool for socialising and relaxing. He’s also a man that knows sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself, inside and out, is eat some cake. Andy Torbet
At 37 I thought there was nothing that could really change the way I lived, ate and trained – those habits were so part of me. Seeing Jamie not only changed my eating patterns, but my life. Don’t waste time thinking about going to see him – seize the day; it will be the best investment in your health, your future and your lifespan that you could ever make.
I came to see you as a constantly podgy “try-athlete” who always knew he was capable of better results if he could just get a little bit leaner and understand more about nutrition. I sit here writing this significantly better educated, with 7% less body fat, a six pack, and a great big smile on my face!
I was at a lecture you delivered in Edinburgh in March 2012 and decided would roughly follow your guidelines for a week. Over a year and a half later, the biggest grazer and breakfast eater of them all is still more or less sticking to that regime. My weight and body fat is the healthiest it’s been and people comment on how fit I look. I’m never lacking in energy as a fitness instructor, runner, sports massage therapist and athletics coach.
With your help and inspiration I was able to make the lifestyle changes that dramatically improved my underlying health. Together with a significant weight loss, my latest health check showed both blood pressure and blood glucose levels down to normal levels. Bella enjoys the longer walks she now gets.
Working with Jamie has revolutionised my life. What can I say that will convince you it is better to work with someone who knows what to do rather than to do it on your own?
